Mutual Antenna Impedance
September 10th Fact-of-the-DayIf RF power is coupled into an antenna from a transmitter, the RF current that flows in the antenna will induce an RF voltage in any other antenna in the vicinity. The result will be as though the two antennas were coupled by an electrical circuit of some type. That coupling can be expressed in terms of a mutual impedance existing between the two antennas. ©2004 Martek International All rights reserved.
