Watkins RE: Amateur Radio license KI6GU Dear Mr. Watkins: On October 15, 2002, we forwarded to you complaints about the operation of your station. The complaints related to operation on 3.830 MHz on August 16 and 24, 2002, and alleged that you had operated a call-in show or "reverse phone patch". We requested additional information from you in regard to that operation. We have reviewed the response you provided to us on November 12, 2002, and find that there were no violations of Commission rules since licensed operators were in control of the station during all transmissions. We have therefore closed this matter, and thank you for your prompt reply and cooperation. Sincerely,
