What's the story on this new jammer? Larry k6pn in Fresno. Gets drunk and plays his guitar (well he tries to). Is that him on 3840 playing the organ sounding thing?

Society always has had plenty of idiots. They are just much more prevalent on ham radio than they used to be long ago, because long ago the FCC stopped enforcing its own rules. The problem will continue to grow so long as idiots are allowed to use ham radio as a
