A6AYJ - goat mets demise

by MelContent » 21 Jan 2006, 10:39

While not offen do I stand and applaude a radio tx, what I heard this morning actually had my hands together as accolades to be bestowed on Greg for his actions to finally shut up that self important lofty in the loafer lawyer K6AYJ. Those of you who did not have the chance to hear a great burn, please listen in to the recording of the Pahrump receiver. Greg, if I have the pleasure to meet you, drinks are on me! and billie...should you really believe you are all you think, then I suggest seeing a shrink as you are in very serious need of redirection for all the pain you try and inflict on others.

Hello CropDuster

Before answering this, I took what I deemed as a very reasonable length of time (4 seconds) to contemplate not only what n6ayj said, but how pitiful it was to hear this supposedly grown AARP qualified man sounding like a little boy speaking with what sounded like his lips quivered in terror of losing yet another argument. My opinion of him further degraded, as his flailing attempts to continue his rhetoric (illegally broadcasting recorded conversations of those who have shared the 3840 site) and like many other times, personal, racial and physical verbal assaults, and then of course wee billie's last ditch effort was to try and reason that his actions were in reply to everyone and anyone's personal attack on himself. In plain terms - the dude is sick - and may well be in dire need of mental health counseling - and I feel should definitely be suspended from the courts AND amateur radio until such time as the mental health issues can be resolved in a positive fashion. I'm not saying that simply because I think he's the pus of bile raised ameba spawned of pond scum, I state my opinion as I feel it would be in the best interest of the California courts, and Amateur Radio. You would have to believe the FCC's Mr. Hollingsworth should be taking steps in a far more pro-active position - if they are to be believed as our authorizing branch of government. As the laws state, just billie

n6ayj - time for "Old School"

by Max » 23 Jan 2006, 22:26

[color=darkblue]Mel Content,

I couldn't agree more with your post about "lil'bille". His continued attacks are unwarranted and his verbal assaults are, as always, unfounded. If this were the old west, he'd no doubt be enjoying the open windowed basement view of boot hill.

Sadly it isn't, however I feel since he has admitted he is an attorney, what could be more appropriate "at high noon" then to be dragged to court for the malicious defamation of character among the other various charges he has now opened to himself.

I was also listening to 3840 the night of the 22nd when Art returned to C2C, and as the second airing was starting, billie made a lame attempt to convince those he was speaking with of his manliness - stating he had to leave the radio to

Attaboy, Max!

Great message, Max - I couldn't agree more. Unfortunately, I didn't get to hear Art's 22nd Jan broadcast, but I did hear the pond scum a week or so earlier. Back when I was first a ham, before there was electricity, filthy language like I heard him use would have gotten his ticket pulled FAST! The verbal assualts I heard him make on Art and several other people would make most real men ashamed. :!:

I too would like to stand up with the last two posters

It sounded alot to from Art's First hour and a damn good hour of broadcasting
to pour out his heart and share with the world his ordeal. Ramona was a person who put others first before herself she gave of her life and that shines today with any one who had the pleasure of meeting her and her light still shines today it is a spirit that can never be extinguished

I can see that in the pictures of Ramona that Art has shared with us

Thanx for the come back MelContent. I to have been listening online over the past 3 months or so and totaly agree with you and Max about this Billy character. I've seen many of his 'type' back in the hay days of CB in the 70's up here in Canada and believe me those guys who constantly flammed and shot carrier signals did not last too long and were sort of 'forced' off air....permantly either by our goverment and or respected CB clubs.

It's sad to see such types as Billy degrade the art of Ham Radio from what it is meant to be and all it can be.

regards

Max wrote: seemed less then 2 minutes billie was back on frequency - giving a malicious almost play-by-play interpretation of what Art was explaining to his C2C audience regarding the passing of Ramona.

If I could have reached thru the speaker, I would have at that point. Instead, I'm more anxious than ever to visit California, where I believe the charge for assault is about $150, and it will be money VERY well spent. (BTW billie I'm your age, 6' 2" - 240, and believe in justice)

While I don't have the means to record presently, should anyone have a recording of those transmissions it might be wise to place them in the "soon to be used" rack. I have a feeling when Art comes out of his grieving; billie will be losing more far more then his goat.

D@mn, this makes me mad.

It's also unbelievable to me.

I just read on another thread that this stuff has been going on undaunted by the FCC since 2000! 2000!! That's ... incredible.

Ham Radio is going to have a harsh time surviving if the people in charge just let this stuff happen.

When my mother was a CBer, there was a fellow like this (late 70s), and she and several others gave him plenty of warnings, then tracked the bugger to his house to let him know, personally, that it was not acceptable.

But that was the 1970s. One could do such things back then.

It just makes me sick in my heart.
