Balun for antenna

Hello everyone!
I HAD BUILT 6 ELEMENT YAGI ANTENNA FOR RECEIVING 100MHZ WITH THE OPEN DIPOLE AS DRIVEN ELEMENT AND THAT IS UP ABOUT 10M.IT IS FEED WITH RG58 COAXIAL CABLE.TOTAL LENGTH OF THE CABLE FROM ANTENNA FEED POINT TO MY RADIO RECEIVER IS ABOUT 13 METERS.
I WANT TO INSTALL A BALUN BETWEEN THE ANTENNA FEED POINT AND THE COAX CABLE.
MY REQUEST IS HOW TO CONTRUCT 1:1 BALUN FOR THE ABOVE ANTENNA.
I'd be gratefull for any comments

This is one way to construct a 1:1 balan:

That design is for HF, but could be scaled to work at VHF.
