ground radial length for a hustler 6-btv verticle

could anyone tell me what length to cut the wire used for a ground radial system for a hustler 6btv verticle antenna, i have 2500 feet of wire i believe this may be enough. i plan to use all the wire for this project.

Hello Mark,

As I recall Hustler requires a minimum of two (2) Half- Wave Lenght radials for each Band of operation no matter which BTV antenna they sell. The antenna formula 468 divided by Frequency equals the Half-Wave Lenght in Feet.

In most areas with normal soil moisture, the 6-BTV can be ground mounted
without a radial system.
