HF Stealth Antenna

Hello,
Hoping somebody can answer a question for me- I have a HF roof rack stealth Anntenna - the vehicle that i wish to place this on has a hatch on the top. I ma by no means an expert with Radios, is the whole frame part of the Antenna? or can you cut out the middle to fit to the vehicle?

The hole will not signicantly affect performance of the antenna, because the hole's dimensions will be so small compared to wavelengths in the HF range.
