Art,
Although it seems a sad time, keep on doing what you do! The good Lord above will see to the rest. Life is a journey and somewhat of a short ride. Make the most of it & take comfort in knowing that our father in heaven will guide us and care for us in our time of need.
My thoughts & prayers are with you.

Listening to you tonight on CtoC blew me away Art. I had heard you the other night on the Ham side of the radio world, but to talk about your
soul partners passing the way you did just blew me away.

It must of been so hard to do that, but at the same time healing. To share the loss of such a part of you with those that have been with you, through the airwaves for so long.

I know this forum is supposed to be about ham radio, but then Ham radio is about people. So I hope the owners of SMeter do not mind.

Art, you are flesh and blood, you exposed a soft side tonight, exposed it to all. You trusted us enough to do so. For that we thank you.

Be well Art Bell, one day at a time. I hear your going to start doing more
on CtoC. Saturdays and Sundays.

While the reason for this is not welcome, we do welcome you back into our minds and our homes as the friend you have become through both radio worlds.

73's and the best.

Art, I could be mistaken but I felt that you came to the airwaves because of your recognition of the need to keep busy, the need to be staving off the unhealthier aspects of grief but also because you recognized the real feelings we are having. I think you responded out of compassion. You knew we also felt an aspect of grief for you and Ramona. You considered us.

I felt an emotional relief as I listened to you speak, knowing how hard it was for you but needing to know what had happened, to be considered by you as worthy of knowing.

In a kind of way we are all brothers and sisters here. When someone is as as intuitive and psychically in touch as this we respond, and this 'special' relationship is enough to warrant some to be moved to tears, to real sadness for one we care about.

Thank you Art, for considering us, for caring for your little kittycats, for caring for yourself and for remembering Ramona's insightful words "We must play out the hand each of us is dealt". That takes real courage. You are very much a hero in my book.
