The Russian CW K Beacon has definitely been on 7.000 MHz recently. I have heard it several times. I haven't kept track of the times and signal strengths, but I have heard it on a number of occasions.

The Russian CW K Beacon still can be heard on 7.000 kHz sometimes when the skip is long.
