Sleeve Antenna

I need help to built my own sleeve antenna. The problem is that I have no information about this antenna. Can anyone tell me o give me basic information about this please?

Open Sleeve or Sleeve?

Is it multi-frequency open-sleeve antennas or single-frequency sleeve antennas that you are interested in?
