Scheduled S-Meter Site Upgrade Outage

All S-Meter site services will be unavailable for 30-minutes during a maintenance window that will start January 21st, 2008, at 11:00pm MST (January 22nd 0600 UTC) and end January 22nd at 5:00am MST (1200 UTC) to allow a hardware equipment upgrade.
