The Apache web server used by the S-Meter site was upgraded to the latest version this morning. All S-Meter site services other than audio streaming were off-line approximately two minutes during the upgrade. Those services are now back in normal operation.

PHP and other software used by the S-Meter website were updated to the latest versions later in the day which necessitated a few additional short service interruptions. Server software upgrade installation is now complete. The site is back in normal operation.
