I'm a Mac user - always have been. What can I do to encourage you to support Mac users?

You can encourage more people to use Macs. Less than one-percent of those visiting the S-Meter website last month were using a Mac. To support Mac users we either would have to degrade the audio quality Windows users currently enjoy or spend money to provide separate lower-quality feeds to Mac users. Neither solution is justified by the very small percentage of Mac users.

Perhaps they don't use the site because it doesn't have anything to offer?

Do you have a way of 'checking' everyone who visits to see what system they are using?

The S-Meter site currently has slightly more than 50,000 unique visitors per month, plus an additional large number of return visitors. There is support for only 200 simultaneous receiver listeners (all receivers combined), so it is obvious that most visitors read pages rather than listen to a receiver. That is confirmed by Apache web server logs which show that most visitors arrive at the site after searching Google or one of the other search engines for technical information and that most visitors read several pages of technical content after they arrive (the logs show how long each visitor spends at each page before moving to another which provides good indications as to whether visitors actually read pages or merely click through several in rapid succession looking for something they don
