Art Bell, W6OBB, uses the Romac 10-Band Equalizer shown above to make the audio frequency response from the output of his Icom 756ProII in Pahrump to the output of your computer sound card flatter than it otherwise would be, so the sound qualtity you hear more closely approximates the sound quality at the receiver.
